The plot for commercial development is located in the region Lagunga Redondo and Laguna Lemon. The boundaries, sizes and configurations of the plot can be discussed further subject to interest from potential investors. The attachment to the lagoon is a unique opportunity to use the natural water reservoir for the construction of marina. The Lagoon is connected to the ocean by a river of appox. 100 metres in length, which can be transformed to a channel for the entry of sea yachts into the ocean. The coast along the lagoon is a serious of uninterrupted sand beaches. All land plots are owned by the state.

The land plot is among the most picturesque in the Dominican Republic. The area is protected from strong winds by the peninsula in the north from the side of Savana ensuring calm ocean front. The extension of the region to the north-west provide protection from hurricanes that are substantially subdued after first entering the island in the region of Punta-Cana.

At present the car communication is possible from the airport of La Romana on highways 3 and 4 passing through Higuey and El Seibo. The length of the route is 125 km.

If land plots purchased (3-4 mm m²), the government of Dominican Republic undertakes the obligation to contruct a direct road from the airport of La Romana. In this case the length of the road will be no more than 100 km.

The talks relating to infrastructure questions, including the road from the airport, were already held with the senator Dr. Francis Vargas, Jefe Provincial De Campana.
